Wyoming First-Graders Celebrate Reading

More than 7,460 books were distributed to first-graders during "Wyoming Reads" celebrations held in each of the state’s 23 counties Tuesday. Each community celebrates the event differently, said John Jorgensen, who started the event in Casper in 1999.
